MEASURE

You need to know what you are working with. Since there are various fields that are only detected with certain meters, and operating a meter requires you understand the type of fields your are measuring to obtain an accurate reading, it is highly recommended you have a trained and certified professional measure electromagnetic fields in your work and living spaces.

ELIMINATE

The best course of action is to completely eliminate all forms of electromagnetic radiation, due to the accumulation effect. For some people this is a necessity because of the accumulative effects and the impact to their health. For others, this is not possible.

Reduce

If you can not completely eliminate the source. The next best solution is to reduce your exposure. You can do this by reducing time spent and distance from the source.

SHIELD

If you can not eliminate or reduce enough radiation, the next course of action is to shield yourself. There are many products on the market that can shield you and your environment. Work with professionals to get the best product for your situation and type of radiation.

REPAIR

Because of the accumulation effect of EMF radiation, it is important to practice repair and rejuvenation activities. You can help your body restore some of the damage occurred from the electromagnetic fields.

ADVOCATE

Take action, create awareness, advocate for our health and well being. You can start with your community, local, state, or federal governments.
